containing a tasty Scandinavian breakfast with coffee/tea or chocolate, juice, milk, yogurt, various bread, fresh fruit/vegetables, boiled eggs, cheese, ham, salami, jam, marmalade.

- What can I expect to find in my room?

 

- All rooms have comfortable beds at various sizes 90 - 160 cm,

- WC/showers en suite,

- free coffee/tea for selfcatering,

- a sitting area,

- a working desk,

- free access to Internet (WiFi) in our entire building,

- free parking,

- LCD Flatscreen TV,

- hairdryer,

- towel dryer.

 

- All apartments have everything one finds in our rooms, see above; -additionally a fully equipped kitchen or kitchenette

- Bed linen and towels are always included.

 

- Free shuttle to the trainstation on request

- Bicycles for rent during summertime

- Laundry room for our guests

 

General  cancellations for rooms:

- for shorter stays ( 1 - 3 nights ) it is at latest 24 hours before arrival  

   before 18.00 hours, unless special agreements are made.

 

Cancellations for Apartments:

- short stays, same for rooms, see above

 

- longer stays   ( 3 days and more )

- according to individual agreements in writing or else, see below

 

 

  1. Cancellations must be made in writing or by email and be received by us no later than noon, 15 Days before arrival date.  If cancellation is received by us within this timescale only the 50% non returnable deposit will be kept.  If cancellation is not received by us within this timescale the full amount of the booking will be payable.
  2. Early departure or failure to check in (no show) will result in the full amount of the booking becoming payable.
  3. Any evictions due to noise complaints will have their monies kept and also be financial responsible for any loss of business reputation.
  4. Any breakages will be replaced as new plus admin fee of up to SEK 500:-
  5. We regret to inform you that travel conditions/illnesses fall under the same cancellation policy as above so no refunds will be given under any circumstance of cancelling after the    cancellation policy has passed.
  6. We allow deviant special agreements, but only in writing.
